| Construction Report | According to the renovation program at Menam Riverside Hotel and the first phase has begun on Function and Private Meeting rooms, which is affecting both the Mezzanine and the 2nd floors. This work is scheduled to flow through until the end of September 2006. The operation time will be carried-out daily (including Sunday) between the hours of 09:00 – 18:00 hrs. However, the work will have minimal affect regarding noise and should not inconvenience the guests too much.
Furthermore, the hotel is pleased to announce the next phase of the extensive renovation program, which will mean some heavy duty work, including demolition (to combine some of smaller rooms into larger units). This work will be started on 11 March 2006 and expected to be complete by end of September 2006. Every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience to the clients but the hotel cannot guarantee success with this difficult task. In addition, restaurant will also benefit from a major overhaul.
The hotel currently has 300 rooms available in operation and will have 550 rooms available after such renovation is complete. However, the rest of disturbance will concern about room decoration. Please inform your guests at the time of booking to avoid any surprises and problems occurring.
