Rawi-warin Resort & Spa houses 180 rooms and villas, ranging from Seaview Deluxe, to the spacious Sunset Villas, along with two 2-bed-room Villas with private swimming pool. Accommodations include Seaview Deluxe rooms, all with sea view, Sunset Villas along the beach, Pool Villas with signature Turtleback roof, and 2 bed-room suites with private swimming pools. Every room is guaranteed to have a view of the ocean, both at sea level, and along the cliffs.

"The Golden Pond", an all day dining restaurant; "The Watermark" our seafood terrace restaurant; "The Stream", our beachside restaurant; "The Loch Bar", our trendy bar serving full cocktails, cigars and selected wines; a library with books, DVDs and CDs and a music room with state-of-the-art system for listening to selected music CDs. Our guest activities and recreation center includes a fully equipped Fitness Centre, and a variety of water sports equipment, 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a basketball court for a half court game of hoops.
