Inspired by the calm and peaceful atmosphere of Amphur Pai, Baan Krating Pai is located on a nutrient rich soil where our homegrown vegetable and a field of jasmine rice cherish healthily on our property. The town of Pai is known as one of the most tranquil and scenic town in Northern Thailand. Serving as a home of a diverse group of mountain tribes includes Shan, Karen, Haw Hmong, Muslims from Myanmar and Yunanese Chinese, Pai is truly an undiscovered Utopai.
A boutique with 20 private villas and a restaurant are served to lovers of scenic mountains and trekkers. The calm and peaceful atmosphere of Amphur Pai and easy living nature of local people have created Baan Krating Pai to be one of the most comfortable boutique resorts in Pai.

Room Facilities :
The 20 private and comfortable villas have a view of golden rice paddy field on the left and an endless mountain view on the right; the resort is served to lovers of scenic mountains and trekkers. In all 20 comfortable villas, the following amenities are available for our guests enjoyment.

Hotel facilities for the in-house guests are included :
Krating Pub and Restaurant serving local Northern cuisine and preparing homegrown vegetable upon guests request. Hours of operation from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm (due to opening in October 2004).
The Pub offers live band and long list of wine & beer for the guests to enjoy (due to opening in October 2004).
Cooking school at our new Krating Pub and Restaurant.

There is no charge for children under 12 years of age, sharing the same room with adults and utilizing existing bedding. Breakfast for the children is paid directly to the hotel.
For the room occupancy allowance, there is a maximum occupancy of 1 child under 12 years of age sharing with 2 adults or 3 adults per room.
The Triple Room rate is based on 3 adults sharing the same room with an extra bed.
