Baan Mai, a Thai name meaning house in wood 8 bungalows, 1 house, 1 bar/restaurant and a swimming pool are interspersed throughout 12,000 sq. meters of nature coconut plantation. The white sand beach and the deep blue sea create the perfect environment for relaxing and living in harmony with nature.
Baan Mai Cottages are located on Lone Island (Koh Lone) off Phuket which is surrounded by the Andaman Sea. Koh Lone has a population of around 200 people who make a living mainly from fishing and from rubber plantation. People are really friendly.
Not far from Phuket and its crowded places, you can still live in pure Thai style comfort in Koh Lone. Motorized vehicles are totally forbidden.
