• Maximum occupancy per villa is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (with one extra bed) • All rooms have a large sofa bed which can be made up into a bed at night time • Neither extra bed nor rollaway available. • All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are inclusive of service charge and Government VAT, and are quoted per room per night. • There is no charge for children under 12 years of age, sharing the same room with adults and utilizing existing bedding.
